SHIPPING + RETURNS

So, you've found the print/s you love and you're ready to order, but what's the go with shipping, packaging and what if your print arrives damaged or you're unhappy with it?

SHIPPING 

Australia

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, some options do not include tracking. If you would like tracking, please select 'Parcel Post' at checkout. 

International

Some international options do not include International shipping, we highly recommend including tracking as Australia Post will not be able to assist if a package goes missing without tracking. The international shipping options are:

Economy Sea (No Tracking)

Economy Air (No Tracking)

Standard (Tracking)

Express (Tracking)

As with all orders, express shipping is definitely an option for those last minute gifts (yep, we are sooo guilty of being last minute too!) and the cost will be calculated at checkout for you.

 

PACKAGING
We are in the process of improving our packaging to make it more earth friendly and make less waste and use wayyyy less plastic (and inshAllah we aim to be using no plastic at all in the future). However we ordered our current packaging in bulk and in the spirit of not wasting we will be using it all up before we move onto the better options.

Currently, all of our products up to A3 in size are packaged in a protective plastic sleeve, wrapped in tissue paper and posted flat in a rigid cardboard mailer.

Sizes bigger than A3 are packaged rolled in tissue paper and kept snug in a mailing tube.

If you would prefer no plastic to be used in your packaging please let us know by leaving "no plastic please" in the note section at checkout. We also highly encourage you to please recycle our packaging as much as you can. Whether that's reusing it or simply putting it in your recycling bin.

RETURNS
While we love our products, we want you to love them more than anything. If your product arrives damaged, doesn't arrive at all, or you are simply unhappy with it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of its arrival to you) to arrange an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges or refunds on any personalised or sale products, except where there is a fault.
